Whilst we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate pricing, all prices quoted on this website are subject to change.

Refund Policy

North of the Yarra will gladly refund or exchange change of mind purchases within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please retain your proof of purchase.

Items such as CD's, DVD's, access codes, online codes, USB memory sticks, calculators etc., must be in original unopened packaging for refund or exchange within our change of mind 14 day period.

If change of mind purchases are returned within our 14 day time period and are not in their original sale condition, we may refund up to 70% of the purchase price.

Faulty calculators returned within their warranty period, with proof of purchase, will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Privacy & Security Protection

North of the Yarra does not retain your credit card details from your web orders. Processing of your credit card occurs at The Commonwealth Bank Web site and we receive notification of your payment

North of the Yarra does not rent or sell any personal information collected to third parties.

Your privacy is very important to us. You should read the information contained in this Privacy Policy. As part of the normal operation of our services we collect, use and, in some cases (by Court order), disclose information about you to third parties. Your privacy will be protected.
